1. Processing Times

Before shipping, we take the time to check the quality of your kit and pack it carefully.

• Order Preparation: 2 to 4 days.
• Note: During peak demand periods (Sales, Christmas), this timeframe may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery Times

8 to 15 business days.

We ship our products directly from our partner workshops (located in Asia) to ensure you get the best value for money by avoiding costly intermediaries.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can track your package at any time via our "Track My Order" page or directly on the carrier's website.

4. Taxes and Customs

Good news! For the vast majority of orders (especially to France, the EU, the UK, and the United States), you will have no customs fees to pay. The displayed price is the final price.

However, for some more remote or specific destinations, local fees may apply upon receipt:

• We will notify you by email before shipping if your destination is affected.
• By placing an order with Gulufun, you agree to pay any potential customs fees or import taxes.
• Note that if a package is returned to us or destroyed due to non-payment of these fees, we will unfortunately not be able to process a refund.

5. Our "Peace of Mind" Guarantee

• Lost package? If you do not receive your order within 30 business days, we will fully refund you or send you a new kit immediately.
