If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
*Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for the following items:*
- Partially finished diamond paintings
- Completely finished diamond paintings
- Items currently still in transit
- Custom kits
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact info@gulufun.com. Please specify in your email:
- Your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation email)
- Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
- The email address you used to finalize your order
We will respond to your message within 24 hours.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
*Please write your order number in large clear letters on the outside of the package.*
If you have not yet received your order...
Our manufacturing facilities and warehouses are located in China. Orders generally take between 10 and 20 days to arrive at their destination.
*If your item is currently in transit, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund*
In very rare cases, the shipment will exceed 30 days (especially during the holiday season in France).
If the shipment exceeds 30 days, please contact customer service at info@gulufun.com and we will be happy to help you track your order.
