30-Day "Satisfaction Guaranteed" Policy

At Gulufun, we want you to have a relaxing and creative experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have a period of 30 days after receiving your order to request a return and obtain a full refund.

1. Return Eligibility Conditions

For your return to be accepted, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for returning your item are your sole responsibility. We only cover return shipping costs in one specific case: if the product has a proven manufacturing defect or arrived damaged.

  • New Condition: The kit must not have been started (no diamonds applied, protective film intact).

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories (stylus, glue, diamonds).

  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or confirmation email.

2. Non-Refundable Items (Exceptions)

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom Kits: Canvases created from your personal photos are unique and cannot be resold (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).

  • Opened Kits: Any kit from which the film has been removed or that has been partially completed.

  • Orders in Transit: An order cannot be canceled or refunded while it is in transit. Please wait for the package to arrive before initiating a return process.

  • Gift Cards.

3. How to Make a Return?

The process is simple. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly without contacting us first.

  1. Email our customer service: info@gulufun.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with the nearest return address.

  3. Reminder: Shipping costs are your responsibility (except for defective items). It is highly recommended to use a shipping service with tracking, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days (usual banking delay: 5 to 10 days).

Late or Missing Refund? If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account, then contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

5. Defective or Damaged Item? (Quality Guarantee)

This is rare, but it can happen. If you receive a defective item (damaged canvas, missing diamonds), do not return it. Just send us a photo of the defect via email. We will immediately send you:

  • Either a new kit for free.

  • Or the missing diamonds.
