Step-by-step instructions
1. Remove all contents from the packaging. Each package comes with everything you need to complete the diamond painting. Check the canvas, diamonds, and tool kit. Use the inventory sheet to take stock of the diamond gems. * We check each kit before shipping. If something is missing, please contact us immediately at gulufundiamond@gmail.com.
2. Place the canvas on a clean, flat surface. Your canvas will be covered with a plastic film upon receipt (to preserve the stickiness).
Do not remove the plastic film all at once.
Cut your diamond painting. You can use masking tape or washi tape. Find the middle of the canvas and apply the tape. Continue to divide the canvas into sections and stick the tape vertically and horizontally. This will allow you to peel off the clear cover in sections without exposing a large area.
1. Starting from a corner is the preferred method. Peel off a part of the plastic film. Cut in the middle of each strip and peel off a section to start applying the diamonds to the canvas. *Be careful not to cut the canvas.
2. Select the color you want to start with and add a small number of drills to the diamond painting tray. Work with one color at a time to keep things organized.
3. Gently shake from side to side to evenly distribute the diamonds and align them in the grooves of the tray.
4. Dip the tip of the applicator into the wax. This will help you pick up the diamonds. You can also use tweezers to pick up the drills without using wax.
5. Press the tip of the applicator tool onto the rounded side of the diamond.
6. Peel off the plastic film and gently press the diamond onto its corresponding symbol. Repeat the process until you are finished!
